Seat came apart and heating element quit working Tried to start jeep at 4am would not turn over, battery is good initially bought a new battery, but this POC has no dummy light, so I spent $150 on a not needed battery and another $250 to have a mechanic diagnose and replace the starter which is dirt cheap. Wires were reconnected and soldered.Ī lose conection bridge within the starter. Seems to be insufficient slack in wires to handle the door movement and they're brittle, too. Drivers door had the same problem a year ago. Wires in the passenger door were broken, common problem. Online reading suggests a 100% failure rate! The blend doors won't open on the driver's side, meaning that all winter I get cold air blowing on me and the only way to keep the cabin warm is to blast the heat out of the passenger's side.
